Even at a young age, I had the privilege of gaining my first impressions of gastronomy in my father’s various restaurants. My passion for cooking developed early and continued to grow in renowned establishments such as the Bellevue Palace Bern and the Baur au Lac, where I was ultimately able to learn and refine my craft.Through numerous further experiences in a variety of restaurants, as well as working as a private chef, I deepened my expertise in classic Swiss cuisine, French haute cuisine, and international culinary trends.
At the prestigious Bellevue Palace Bern—Switzerland’s official state guest house—Janina Frankenhauser completed her professional training, where the art of impeccable service is still cultivated in the tradition of classic hospitality.She later attended the renowned Belvoirpark Hotel Management School and further expanded her expertise through her role as a restaurant manager, developing extensive knowledge across all areas of gastronomy.With her experience, professionalism, and passion for exceptional service, she is delighted to support and accompany you in the planning and realization of your events.
