Even at a young age, I had the privilege of being able to gain my first gastronomic impressions in my father's various restaurants. My passion for cooking developed very early on and has always grown in houses such as Bellevue Palace Bern and Baur au Lac Zurich, where I was finally able to learn my craft.
Through numerous other assignments in various restaurants and as a private chef, I was able to deepen my knowledge of classic Swiss cuisine, French haute cuisine and international trends.
At Switzerland's state hotel, Bellevue Palace Bern, where Janina Frankenhauser completed her training, perfect service is still taught after the old school. Attending the Belevoirpark hotel management school in Zurich and her professional experience as a restaurant manager resulted in a wide range of gastronomic knowledge.
